There is a strong correlation between the interior design of a rental property and its performance. Well-designed spaces not only attract more bookings, but also command higher prices. Rental properties with unique interior design features consistently have higher occupancy rates and generate more revenue than their basic counterparts.

We offer an online design-only service which involves an initial meeting online or in person (depending on location). You will then be sent a detailed design specification for each room including a shopping list. You can then complete the project yourself. 

Prices start at    £550 for a basic 2 bed property. £100 for each additional room. 

Alternatively, we offer a full design service. In addition to the above package we will buy, assist your team with installation and style your property. 

Prices start at      £925 for a basic 2 bed property. £150 for each addtional room.
